Nicholas DuBroff is a highly experienced legal professional and urban planner with a focus on land use and environmental law. Currently serving as a Partner at Allen Matkins since August 2018, Nicholas has previously held roles as Senior Counsel and Land Use Associate within the same firm. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Land Use Associate at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP and as a Law Fellow at Public Advocates. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's in City Planning from MIT, and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Spanish from Middlebury College. Notable research experience includes work at the Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies, where Nicholas conducted analyses on housing policy and urban sprawl, and participation in various projects addressing urban growth and environmental sustainability in Mexico City and other regions.
