Cynthia Merrell

Cynthia Merrell currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of English as a Second Language at Salt Lake Community College, teaching various language skills since January 2024. As a Master’s candidate in Organizational Performance Workplace Learning at Boise State University, Cynthia maintains a 4.0 GPA. Additionally, Cynthia is an ESL Instructor and Operations Manager at Linquix, Inc., overseeing corporate language training and curriculum development. Experience also includes roles as a Customer Service Agent at Delta Air Lines, Senior Content/Instructional Writer at AllenComm, Freelance Political Op-Ed Writer for Deseret News, and various ESL teaching positions across multiple organizations, including VIPKID and EF English First. Cynthia held the position of Director of Veteran Relations at GPS Inc., where responsibilities included team management and business development. Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from Ferris State University.
