Kristen Back

Kristen Back has 8 years of work experience with a background in customer service and sales. Kristen'smost recent role was as a New Accounts Customer Success Manager for Alleva. Prior to that, they worked as a Personal Banker for PNC, where they also served on the Regional Resource Team. Kristen also has experience as a Store Team Lead for Bluegrass Barkery and previously worked as a Server at O'Charley's and a Cosmetologist at Allure Salon.

Kristen Back received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Eastern Kentucky University from 2018 to 2020. Kristen also earned an AA and AS degree from Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College between 2015 and 2017. In 2012 to 2013, Kristen attended the Jenny Lea Academy of Cosmetology and received a Certification in Cosmetology. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Admin, Alleva Portal, and Super User certifications from Alleva in June 2023, as well as the Certified Women's Business Advocate certification from PNC in March 2022.
