Roderick McMullen

Roderick McMullen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roderick is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Alleviate Inc, where they develop solutions for musculoskeletal pathologies. Prior to this, they worked at Wayfair as the Associate Director of Network Management and later as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Operations. Roderick also served as the Program Director at LUMA Institute and as a Product Manager at EF Education First. Roderick has also worked at MAYA Design as a Business Strategist and as an Interaction Designer, specializing in customer insight research, new product ideation, and user interface design. Additionally, they have experience in project management, relationship management, sales, and teaching design. Roderick's work experience demonstrates their ability to take on leadership roles and contribute valuable expertise in various areas.

Roderick McMullen pursued their education with a strong focus on business administration and management. Roderick completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Carnegie Mellon University between 2003 and 2007, majoring in cognitive science and human-computer interaction. Additionally, McMullen earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in human-computer interaction from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007. Their educational journey began at Weston High School, where they completed their high school education from 1999 to 2003.
