Scarlett Salter has a long history of working in the fashion industry. Scarlett began their career in 2001 as the Director of Sales and Merchandising for Handbags at Jewels. In 2006, they became the Owner of Chamides, Inc., where they were responsible for design, merchandising, operations, and sales. Scarlett designed, merchandised, and developed four collections annually, and their product was sold to Nordstrom, HSN, Fred Segal, Henri Bendels, and luxury boutiques across the US. In 2008, they became an Ecommerce Merchandiser/Buyer at Venue, where they established the company to the vendor community and formed strategic relationships with distributors and boutique companies. Scarlett also improved overall sales and profits by expanding brands across 3 categories: Fashion, Baby, and Beauty. In 2010, they became an Ecommerce Brand Manager at ivgStores.com. Finally, in 2012, they became the Director of Digital Merchandising & Content at allheart.
