Brian Valerio is a seasoned legal and strategic advisor with extensive experience in both public company governance and criminal law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Alliance Advisors since October 2018, Brian Valerio provides strategic guidance to public company clients on corporate governance policies, preparing them for institutional investor engagements.
