Lauren Ernst

Lauren Ernst has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Lauren served as a Safety and Quality Lead at Alliance Airlines from August 2022 to the present. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Training Supervisor at Alliance Airlines from March 2017 to August 2022.

Before joining Alliance Airlines, Lauren was a Learning Designer at Virgin Australia from October 2015 to March 2017.

Lauren also worked at Aviation Ground Handling Pty Ltd as a Training and Standards Manager from June 2013 to October 2015.
