Rachel Andrew

Rachel Andrew has extensive experience in Information Technology and leadership roles. Rachel currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Alliance Airlines, where they are responsible for strategic, operational, and cyber security leadership in all IT-related areas. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the General Manager of IS Cyber Security & Operations and General Manager of IS Service & Operations at Super Retail Group. Rachel has also held positions such as Regional Manager of Information Technology at ALS, Chief Information Officer at Integria Healthcare, and Information Systems Manager at sanofi-aventis consumer healthcare. Rachel has a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, implementing new systems, and providing leadership in IT strategy. Rachel has also held roles in ERP applications, systems analysis, and administration throughout their career.

Rachel Andrew earned a Masters degree and a Graduate Certificate in IT from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Accounting and Finance & Information Systems Science and Management) from Griffith University between 1996 and 2002. Rachel also holds an Associate Diploma of Business from TAFE Queensland, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Rachel Andrew has additional certifications in Project Management, ITIL, Managing Successful Programmes, and Prince2 Project Management. The institutions from which they obtained these certifications include the Australian Institute of Management and APMG-International.
