Cindy Tan

Cindy Tan has a strong background in finance and banking, with experience working in various roles for different companies. Cindy started their career at Citi in 2005 as an Insurance Biz MIS Operator, responsible for financial reporting and maintaining financial reconciliation processes. Cindy then moved to RHB Bank in 2009 as SH Performance Management & Planning in the Biz Banking Group, where they provided analysis on overall performance and managed monthly management reporting. In 2013, Cindy joined Hewlett Packard as a Financial Analyst, handling various finance-related tasks for different regions and overseeing performance. Cindy then worked at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad as a Manager in Credit Portfolio Monitoring & Forecasting, focusing on productivity improvement and cost budgeting. At OCBC Bank, they served as a VP, Unsecured Business Analyst, providing analysis and reporting on consumer banking's unsecured business performance. Currently, Cindy is employed at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, serving as the Head of Consumer Deposits and Business Finance, where they manage the portfolio, sets strategies, and oversees budgetary management.

Cindy Tan attended Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Notre Dame Convent from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained their PMR & SPM. Cindy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering from Multimedia University, graduating in 2005.
