Melissa Prichard is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in fraud investigation and banking operations. Currently serving as a Senior Fraud Investigation Analyst and Assistant Vice President at Western Alliance Bank since October 2015, Melissa has previously held several key roles, including Specialty Accounts Team Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Bank of America from May 2002 to May 2015, where achievements included receiving recognition for hard work, customer service, and revenue generation as an Assistant Vice President and developing relationships to enhance clients' financial management as an Assistant Bank Manager.
