Ron Way has a diverse work experience in the creative direction and design field. Ron started their career in 1994 as an Art Director at Sunset Separates and then worked as a Creative Director at AHT from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Mattel, Inc. where they held various roles including Senior Director, Hot Wheels Brand Creative, Director, Wheels Packaging, and Sr. Manager, Consumer Products Design. Ron then worked as the Senior Director, Brand Design at MGA Entertainment in 2017 and as the Creative Director at KidKraft, Inc in 2018. In 2016, they established their own design firm, Ron Way Design, where they currently serve as the Principal / Creative Director. Recently, in 2019, Ron also became the Creative Director at Alliance Consumer Group. Throughout their career, Ron has developed expertise in areas such as Brand Identity, Consumer Products, Marketing Communications, Packaging, and Retail Merchandising.
Ron Way attended California State University, Long Beach from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication.
