Rick Longley has over 35 years of work experience, beginning with the United States Air Force in 1984. Rick served as a Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Officer, providing overall planning, organization, and leadership for recreational and family support business sections. Rick then joined Walmart in 1992, serving as an Assistant Manager responsible for eleven departments involved in all phases of retail sales. In 1994, they joined the State of Missouri / Department of Social Services / Child Support Enforcement as an Assistant Deputy Director, Administration, analyzing expenditures and making projections to ensure mission accomplishment within the $84 million appropriation. In 1998, they joined the State of Missouri / Department of Elementary and Secondary Education / Vocational Rehabilitation as a Coordinator, Administrative Services/Independent Living, a professional senior leadership position administering programs for persons with disabilities. In 2020, they joined Alliance Enterprises, Inc. as an Account Manager.
Rick Longley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Southwest Missouri State University between 1978 and 1982. Rick then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Management from Troy State University between 1988 and 1989.
