Soudary Kittivong-Greenbaum has spent her 23-year career serving nonprofits and philanthropy-focused organizations. She helps organizations power their missions through community-centric strategies, with equity at the core.
Soudary values connecting with and building funding partnerships that bridge community-driven solutions and investments to create lasting impact. Prior to joining Healthier Generation, Soudary led development initiatives at Teaching Trust, supporting school leadership across North Texas. Prior to that, Soudary led strategic partnerships at Heart House, supporting holistic, trauma-informed programs for refugee families. She has also held consulting and in-house fundraising roles for RefugeeOne, American Library Association, White House Historical Foundation, ACLU of Oregon, International Rivers, and GLAAD.
Soudary holds a Masters in Public Service from DePaul University and a Bachelors in Asian American Studies and Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a member of the Orchid Giving Circle of the Texas Women's Foundation and serves as an Advisor of the Women’s Global Education Project.
