Jennifer T. Phan

Jennifer T. Phan, MS, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as a People Operations Senior Associate at the Alliance for Decision Education since October 2022. In this role, Jennifer focuses on enhancing individual and team-wide effectiveness within a diverse and supportive workforce. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Militello Painting and Powerwashing, LLC., from April 2021 to October 2022, first as an Administrative Assistant and then as an Administrative Coordinator, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to the leadership team and managing various HR projects. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a high school diploma from Upper Darby Senior High School.
