Hannah Walker

Hannah Walker provides academic interventions to increase literacy and reading comprehension for high needs students in Seattle Public Schools. Hannah works closely with the Levy Grant Coordinator to support at-risk students and leads small group literacy and phonics lessons. Hannah also manages classroom activities, assists with lesson planning, and supervises volunteers. In addition, Hannah has experience as a Fuel Your Future AmeriCorps Member, Summer Meals Campaign Site Supervisor, and has presented research at the Race and Pedagogy National Conference. Hannah holds a Master's in Teaching and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & African American Studies.
