Bruno Gomez

Bruno Gomez is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Director of the Payment Systems Analysis Department (DASP) at the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP), a position held since 2013, where responsibilities include leading technical teams and developing regulations for payment systems. In addition, Bruno is involved with the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) as Head of Banking Supervision and as a leader of working groups focused on interest rates for SMEs and alternative finance mechanisms. Prior experience includes an Assurance Staff role at PwC. Bruno holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
