Renee Bussen

Renee Bussen has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Renee began their career in 1998 as a Shift Supervisor at Favorite Healthcare Staffing, where they managed a team of customer service personnel in a 24/7 call center. Renee oversaw scheduling, payroll, and training to ensure staffing functions continued when branch offices were closed. In 2005, they joined The Center for Pharmaceutical Research as the Director of Financial Operations, a position they held until 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in financial management within the pharmaceutical research field. In 2017, they joined Alliance for Multispecialty Research, LLC. Renee has held various leadership roles at the company, including Director of Financial Operations/Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Site Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development, responsible for driving business growth and partnerships.

Renee Bussen attended Northeast High School from 1982 to 1985. Renee later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri from 1985 to 1989.
