Kyla N. Perry, MBA, MHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Alliance for Safety and Justice since 2017, Kyla leads various initiatives including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
