Jennifer Peterson Rouda

Jennifer Peterson Rouda has a diverse work experience in the energy and environmental sectors. Jennifer is currently serving as the Head of Financial and Technical Assistance at the Alliance for Tribal Clean Energy, where they provide support and guidance to facilitate energy projects and tribal utilities.

Prior to this, Jennifer founded and served as the CEO of 7Skyline, a consulting company specializing in green energy and environmental services. Jennifer has expertise in utility-scale solar and wind projects, battery storage, microgrids, and data center development. Jennifer Peterson Rouda earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in DPhil Engineering Sciences, specializing in Energy and Power Group (EPG), from the University of Oxford between 2022 and 2028. Jennifer obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Earth Sciences from Dartmouth College from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Brown University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (Sc.B.) degree with Honors in Geology/Chemistry and Philosophy from 1991 to 1995. In 2000 to 2001, Jennifer participated in the Conflict Management Program at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
