Jennifer Peterson Rouda earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in DPhil Engineering Sciences, specializing in Energy and Power Group (EPG), from the University of Oxford between 2022 and 2028. Jennifer obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Earth Sciences from Dartmouth College from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Brown University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (Sc.B.) degree with Honors in Geology/Chemistry and Philosophy from 1991 to 1995.
