Dr. Vongai Nyahunzvi

Dr. Vongai Nyahunzvi is an accomplished leadership expert and executive coach with over 20 years of international experience across 48 countries. Currently serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance For Women And Girls since May 2023, Dr. Nyahunzvi advocates for gender equality and collaborates with diverse stakeholders. As Co-Board Chair of Global Schools Forum and Advisory Board Member at The Commonwealth Education Trust, along with a notable role at Teach For All as Chief Network Officer & Head of Region-Africa, Dr. Nyahunzvi has significantly expanded educational initiatives and partnerships across the continent. Previous leadership positions include Director of Organisational Development at Royal Holloway, University of London, and roles at BT Global Services and Virgin Money, where impactful organizational strategies and talent management programs were developed. An alumna of the University of East London and the University of Zimbabwe, Dr. Nyahunzvi is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership Development at the University of Winchester.
