Jenn Cox

Jenn Cox currently serves as the National Recruitment Manager at Alliance Ground International, having joined in May 2021 to implement a strategic recruiting plan. Concurrently, Jenn holds the position of Human Resources Office Manager at Vision Real Estate in Utah, where responsibilities include managing employee relations, optimizing processes, and developing training programs while collaborating with company leadership. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Talent Acquisition at The Results Companies, overseeing talent acquisition for multiple sites with a significant focus on fill rates and compliance. Jenn also held various roles at Ross Stores, Inc., managing multiple stores and earlier roles at Walmart that involved operational leadership and staff training. Jenn pursued studies in Accounting at the University of Louisiana at Monroe but did not attain a degree.
