Carol Rosati Obe

Carol Rosati OBE currently serves as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Alliance Homes Group since May 2020. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Carol has been the UK DEI Lead at GSK, served on the Board and as Chair of the People Committee for Southern Housing, and held the position of Vice Chair and Chair of the Nominations Committee at UN Women UK. Carol co-founded One Loud Voice for Women and founded Inspire, a global network for senior business women, and has played pivotal roles in executive search and inclusion initiatives at firms like Harvey Nash, KPMG, and Deloitte. An alumnus of the University of West London, Carol was awarded an OBE in 2015 for services to Women in Business.
