Michelle Downes has over 30 years of expertise in the catering and hospitality industry. Since February 2010, Michelle has served as Area Manager at Alliance in Partnership, following a role as Catering Manager at CLASS CATERING SERVICES LIMITED from February 2005 to February 2010. Michelle began their career at Sainsbury's, where Michelle worked as Coffee Shop Manager from July 1987 to 2002. Educationally, Michelle holds a City & Guilds 7061/2 in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management, earned from Redditch College between 1985 and 1987.
