Jody Johnson

Jody Johnson has extensive experience in customer service and fraud investigations, currently serving as the Fraud Investigations Team Manager at Santander UK since March 2015, where prior roles included Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Representative. Jody's professional background also includes a position as Deputy Sales Manager at Tote Sport from July 2007 to March 2015. Jody holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed between 2007 and 2010.
