Samuel De Andrade is a seasoned Senior Voice Engineer with extensive experience in contact center implementation, support, and project management across various companies. At Santander UK since February 2016, Samuel handles 2nd and 3rd level support, IVR deployment, and project implementations. Previous roles include Senior Voice Engineer positions at HCL Technologies, where Samuel managed contact centers and IP telecom integration, and Sixbell, where solution architecture and presales support were key responsibilities. With a rich background at Sitel Group focusing on infrastructure projects for Microsoft campaigns, Samuel also held technical leadership and management roles at First Tech Tecnologia and Connect Communications.
