Stephen Day

Stephen Day is a Senior Developer at Santander UK since January 2022, where support is provided in building FX solutions. As a Co-Founder of Football Matcher LTD, Stephen is working on the startup's first service. Stephen founded the Polluter Pays campaign, collaborating with lawyer Daniel Greenberg CB on an amendment to the Building Safety Bill. Previously, Stephen served as VP Tech Lead and Senior Developer at J.P. Morgan, contributing to the development of a global asynchronous FX payment API. Additionally, as a Director at Lehman Brothers (in Administration), Stephen led projects to reconcile cash and equity positions, and in earlier roles at Lehman, Stephen managed a remediation project for a derivatives trade capture system alongside various other system implementations. Stephen's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Durham University.
