Jim Kaser has a diverse work experience in the industrial packaging industry, spanning several leadership roles. Jim began their career as a Marketing Manager at ITW-SIGNODE, where they achieved two promotions and specialized in securing unitized loads for shipping. Jim then joined Polychem Corporation as a Business Development Manager, where they successfully grew annual sales from $350,000 to $7,500,000 while maintaining high profit margins. After that, Jim founded National Packaging Services, a company that provided replacement parts, field service, and in-house repairs for industrial packaging equipment. Under their leadership, the company achieved $2 million in sales and employed 11 individuals. Jim later worked as the General Manager at DuBose Packaging, overseeing everyday operations, business development, and selling. Currently, Jim serves as the Regional Sales Manager at Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC.
Jim Kaser obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from West Virginia University between the years 1980 and 1984.
