Nick Chapman

Nick Chapman oversees Alliance Residential Company’s development and investment activities throughout the western U.S. to include Alliance’s North Texas, Mountain, Southwest, Southern California and Northern California divisions. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Chapman has been involved in the development of multifamily, hotel, office, and retail projects. He began his multifamily and hotel development career with Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), focusing primarily in the western and southwestern U.S. Following the TCR merger with BRE Properties, Mr. Chapman oversaw multifamily development for BRE in Northern California during the late 90’s. Mr. Chapman graduated from Texas Christian University and received an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute.
