Scot Hamilton

Responsible for oversite of all construction operations from preconstruction estimating through project turnover for the North Florida region. Over 30 years of construction experience with 24 years specifically dedicated to multi-family development. Prior to joining Alliance, Scot gained experience in senior housing development with Lecesse Construction and directed project management services for two master redevelopments known as Creative Village, Orlando and Encore, Tampa. In addition, Scot worked over 10 years with a multi-family developer, Del American, managing the development of more than 2,500 units in Florida and Nevada.
