Tekeyia A.

TeKeyia A. currently serves as the Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access at Alliance Theatre since February 2023, focusing on enhancing the theater's practices and culture in alignment with IDEA standards. Prior to this role, TeKeyia was the Program Director at The Posse Foundation from January 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included identifying and training individuals for leadership scholarships. Additional experience includes positions as a Trainer at Aspire Public Schools, a Program Coordinator at Playworks, and a Program Leader at Think Together. TeKeyia A. holds a Master of Arts in Social Innovation from Agnes Scott College and a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from UC Irvine.
