Rachel Foster

Rachel Foster, MS-HRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as AVP/Manager of Compensation and People Operations at AllianceBernstein since June 2023. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at Lightfoot, Franklin & White from August 2022 to May 2023 and at eCO Credit Union from February 2019 to August 2022, where Rachel was part of the leadership team and advised on workforce planning and employee experience. Earlier roles included Human Resources Coordinator at Fulfyld, responsible for conducting interviews and managing job descriptions. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of North Alabama.
