Yuyu Fan

Yuyu Fan is a Principal Data Scientist at AllianceBernstein since June 2018, specializing in the development and implementation of advanced AI, machine learning, and natural language processing models to address critical business challenges. Previously, Yuyu held positions as a Senior and Data Scientist, where contributions included leading data science projects and enhancing investment strategies through NLP. Prior experience includes a Research Intern role at The College Board, contributing to test analysis and developing propensity scoring models, and a Research Assistant position at Fordham University where statistical methods were applied to improve forecasting accuracy. Yuyu holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology, along with a Master's in Sociology from Fordham University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Zhejiang University.
