Zach Dickson

Zach Dickson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales enablement, education, and customer service. Currently serving as Lead in Sales Enablement & Training at AllianceHCM since August 2022, Zach has successfully redesigned sales materials and processes, resulting in improved close rates and enhanced managerial coaching through a data-driven approach. Prior experience includes various roles at YES Prep Public Schools from July 2015 to June 2022, where Zach excelled as a Teacher and Course Leader, implementing innovative teaching strategies and developing curriculum initiatives.
