Cristina Watley

Cristina Watley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in onboarding and process management at AllianceOne since September 2020, where roles have included HR Onboarding and Process Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Cristina worked at Egis, transitioning from a contract Customer Service Representative at Validity Solutions, and held various administrative and customer service positions, including Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Longwell Lawyers and Veteran Affairs Certifying Official at Full Sail University. In addition to human resources, Cristina has maintained a career as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. Cristina holds a Massage Therapy Certificate from the Florida College of Natural Health, completed in 2008.
