Susan Makabi

Susan Makabi is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management, brokerage, and development. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at California Community Reinvestment Corporation since March 2022, Susan also holds the position of Asset Manager at Alliant Asset Management since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Susan founded and led Trimak Group, a full-service real estate brokerage engaged in leasing, sales, and development, from May 2016 to August 2017. Previous experience includes asset management at AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. from July 2004 to March 2016 and property management at Camron Construction from July 2000 to May 2004. Susan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Southern California and has maintained qualifications as a General Building Contractor and Real Estate Broker since 2011 and 2000, respectively.
