Matt Filipek

Matt Filipek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network security and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Network Security & Datacenter Operations at Alliant Credit Union since March 2014, Matt has effectively combined roles of leadership and technical expertise. Prior to this, Matt held significant positions at the Chicago Transit Authority as General Manager of Infrastructure and Network Systems, and as Network Architect, contributing to major operational initiatives from May 2009 to March 2014. Matt's career began at UUNET-WORLDCOM as Technical Operations Supervisor, followed by a role as Senior Field Engineer/Consultant at Lightirver. Matt's education was completed at ITT Technical Institute, reinforcing a strong foundation in technology and operations.
