Renee Gauthier

Renee Gauthier is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Lead at Alliant Energy since June 2022, overseeing financial operations for Wisconsin Power & Light Energy Distribution and Renewable Generation. Prior to this role, Gauthier spent over a decade at General Mills, progressing through various financial positions, including Finance Manager, where responsibility included managing a $90MM+ manufacturing budget for Fruit Snacks and Frosting, and providing strategic financial analysis across multiple divisions. Earlier roles included financial analyst positions focused on investment management, worldwide sourcing finance, and trade marketing finance. Gauthier began the career as a Financial Student Clerk Supervisor at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and interned with the City of Cedar Rapids. Renee Gauthier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Iowa - Henry B. Tippie College of Business.
