Benny Woon

Benny Woon is an experienced professional in the insurance and banking sectors with a strong background in partnership development and strategic marketing. Currently serving as Regional Partnership Director at Allianz Asia Pacific since July 2022, Woon previously held the role of Chief Partnership Officer at Manulife Malaysia and was integral to AIA's bancassurance operations as Head of Bancassurance. Earlier, Woon led strategic distribution efforts at AXA AFFIN Life Insurance, while also establishing the Direct Marketing channel that significantly contributed to revenue. Woon's career includes key positions at Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia and a strong foundation in credit card product development at OCBC Bank and AmBank Berhad. Woon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with double majors in Marketing and Management from Murdoch University.
