Gordon Chin

Gordon Chin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR analytics and reporting. Currently serving as Regional HR Analytics, Reporting and Systems at Allianz Asia Pacific since June 2022, Gordon formulates HR analytics strategies to enhance data quality and promote data-driven decision-making. Previous experiences include positions as a Group Human Resources Intern at FWD Insurance, where resource development for flexible working was completed, and as a Regional Human Resource Intern at Ninja Van, where employee engagement surveys were analyzed to enhance workplace culture. In a prior role as a Training Coordinator at Alcon, coordination of training sessions for SAP implementation was successfully managed. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) with Highest Distinction in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has also pursued business education at Singapore Management University.
