Dennis Soeters has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Dennis started their career at ING Nederland in 2000 as a System Network Operator and gradually progressed to roles such as System Administrator, Operational Service Manager, Major Incident & Problem Manager, and OPS Engineer Monitoring. In 2017, they joined Allsecur autoverzekeringen as an Incident Manager and later moved to Allianz Direct in 2019. At Allianz Direct, they have held various positions including Incident Manager, IT Support Manager, and currently serves as the Chapter Lead for IT Support. Their responsibilities include coordinating incidents, improving the Incident Management process, and managing a team of Support Managers.
Dennis Soeters has a diverse education history, with a focus on agile organizations and project management. In 2019, they attended Prowareness, specializing in Coaching Agile Organizations. In 2017, they completed courses at Boertien Vergouwen Overduin in Praktisch Leidinggeven, as well as multiple courses at Prowareness, including Scrum Master Advanced and Professional Scrum Product Owner.
