Malte Horstmann

Malte Horstmann is a co-founder and managing partner at OMM Solutions GmbH since January 2014, where the focus is on supporting medium-sized businesses in their digital transformation. Additionally, Malte serves as a lecturer for the Digital-MBA program at Digital Business School an der HfWU since October 2022, teaching AI-Based Process Automation. As an Industry 4.0 Scout for Allianz Industrie 4.0 Baden-Württemberg since June 2018, Malte conducts workshops on connected manufacturing and the potential benefits of digitalization in production and logistics. Previous professional experiences include roles as managing director at enpatech, salesman at agorum Software GmbH, and research assistant at both Manipal Institute of Technology and the University of Hohenheim. Malte's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and the University of Hohenheim, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Stuttgart.
