Ben Shadid

Ben Shadid has a diverse work experience. Ben started their career as a Nuclear Physics Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for Discrete Mathematics at the same university. In 2018, they interned as an Actuarial Intern at Allianz Life. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Actuarial Analyst at Allianz Life, and then progressed to become a Senior Actuarial Analyst. Currently, Ben is a Principal Actuarial Analyst at Allianz Life, where they are the lead analyst and product owner for the Calculon initiative.

Ben Shadid completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Actuarial Science at the University of Notre Dame from 2015 to 2019.
