Max Mehlhorn

Max Mehlhorn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Max started their career as a Working Student at Max-Planck-Institute for Quantum Optics in 2011, where they worked for a few months. Max then worked as a Working Student at Bayerische Patentallianz from October 2011 to July 2012.

In 2013, Max Mehlhorn had an internship at Allianz Technology, gaining industry experience in the technology sector.

From 2014 to 2020, they held various roles at metafinanz Informationssysteme GmbH, starting as a Project Lead for the global post-merger integration of an UK asset manager into Allianz Global Investors. Max then took on the role of Project Lead for a saving initiative in the European Client Reporting function. Subsequently, they became the Project Lead and Head of the Program Management Office for the strategic project to redesign and transform the target operating model of Allianz Global Investors. Max'sresponsibilities also included running the program management office and collaborating with the Data Management project.

In 2016, Max Mehlhorn joined InkLess GmbH as a Managing Director, a role they held until December 2020.

Since 2017, they have been working at Allianz Life, where they initially worked in Data Management. In March 2020, they were promoted to the role of Head of Middle Office.

Max Mehlhorn completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physik from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2011. Max then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physik from the same university in 2013. In 2014, they began studying Economics at FernUniversität in Hagen, for which they have not yet completed their degree.
