Chantal van Middelkoop-Moonen

Chantal Van Middelkoop-Moonen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Chantal started their career at Stad Rotterdam Verzekeringen, where they worked as an Underwriter Motor, managing and maintaining car insurance policies. Chantal then joined DBV Verzekeringen as an Underwriter Life Insurance, where they handled life insurance policies and coordinated workflow. Chantal also served as the Head of Group Fiscal Life Insurances, leading a team and overseeing fiscal and juridic acceptance of new life insurance policies.

Chantal then worked at AEGON Van Nierop as a Senior Underwriter, managing and maintaining insurance policies, settling complaints, and responding to questions. Chantal also took on the role of Project Lead, leading projects related to claim risk and regulatory changes.

Chantal later joined Talent&Pro as a Senior Project Consultant, providing consulting services. Chantal then volunteered at Agape Orphanage in Durban, South Africa, where they redecorated the orphanage and organized activities for AIDS orphans.

In 2007, Chantal joined eBaoTech Corporation as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager. Chantal acted as a liaison between business people and IT, working on business requirements and specifications. Chantal also coordinated with off-site development teams and wrote solution documents. Chantal then became a Senior Business Analyst in the company's Global Expert Team, focusing on insurance customers and transferring business requirements to the development teams.

Currently, Chantal is working at Allianz Nederland. Chantal has held various roles, including Project Manager, Chapter Lead Agile Testing, Senior Project Manager, and currently serves as the Head of IT Portfolio & Strategy.

Chantal Van Middelkoop-Moonen earned a Masters Degree in Economics and Management & Organisation from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a propedeuse in Law from the same university from 1998 to 2000. Earlier, they completed their VWO degree in gymnasium at University Preparatory Education from 1992 to 1998.
