Chris van der Feltz has held various roles throughout their career. Chris started at KLM Catering Services as a Catering Representative from April 1995 to December 1997. Chris then worked as a Front Office Manager at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam from an unspecified start date in 1996 until 1998.
In 1998, they joined Falcon Life Insurance as a Sr. Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for key accounts and nationwide distribution partners. Chris achieved the best Insurance Field Service in the Netherlands from 2001 to 2004. Chris remained with Falcon Life Insurance until January 2010.
Following that, they worked at ASR as a Team Manager of Operations Front Office Leven from January 2010 to December 2012. During this time, they led a customer-oriented team and outsourced operational processes to India. Chris then became the Commercial Manager for Schade Particulier en Zakelijk at ASR from December 2012 to June 2018.
Chris'smost recent experience is with Allianz Nederland, where they served as the Manager of Sales & Distributie Schade from July 2018 to December 2021. Chris transformed the sales team's expertise into an inspiring business partnership and utilized customer and insurance data for better customer targeting. Chris then became the Sales Business Development Manager, with the responsibility of connecting and analyzing customer and insurance data to create added value for customers and portfolio from January 2020 to December 2021. Currently, as of September 2021, they hold the position of Head of Sales P&C Netherlands at Allianz Nederland.
Chris van der Feltz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from TSM Business School, which was obtained between 2007 and 2010. In 2019, they completed a program at WFT Experience and earned the WFT Adviseur Schade qualification. In 2013, they attended de Baak for the Next Level Leadership course. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Management Team Coaching from SchoolvoorCoaching between 2010 and 2011. Chris also has a Certificate in Training Commercial Attitude & Sales Process Control from BPMA Training, which they acquired from 2004 to 2008. In 1998, they attended ISW and achieved a Nima-A qualification in Marketing/Marketing Management. Chris'searliest education includes a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotelschool Heerlen, which they received from 1990 to 1995, and a Diplom/Graduate degree in Economic, Accountancy, English, German, and French from Insitut Montana Zug, completed between 1987 and 1989.
