Raymond Wassenaar

Raymond Wassenaar has a diverse work experience. Raymond is currently working at Allianz Nederland as the Regional Lead for Business Transformation in their Property and Casualty division. Prior to this role, they worked at Allianz as the Country Manager for the Business Division of Western & Southern Europe. In this position, they handled corporate and business development, financial performance, group strategy implementation, and strategic HR management for Allianz's insurance activities in the region. Raymond also had various roles at Allianz Nederland, including Head of CEO Office, Head of Integration Management Office, Project Manager at the Benelux Integration Office, and Associate in Corporate & Business Development. Additionally, they had an international assignment at Allianz as the Workstream Leader for the One Global Life strategy program. Before joining Allianz, Raymond worked as a Project Assistant at Erasmus University Rotterdam and held positions at HIGHvalue, including Jr. Consultant and Business Analyst intern.

Raymond Wassenaar obtained a Msc degree in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bsc degree in International Business from the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in 2005. Raymond also briefly studied Business at Aarhus University in 2005. Raymond Wassenaar has obtained several additional certifications, including Executive Decision Making with Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2020, Leadership in Action from ESMT Berlin in 2019, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2018, among others.
