Anja Netopilek

Anja Netopilek has extensive experience in Human Resources and Employer Branding, currently serving at Allianz Österreich since April 2012 in various roles, including Employer Branding, People & Culture Communications, and Change Management during HR Transformation projects. Prior roles at Allianz Österreich encompass Talent Management, Diversity Management, and being an Assistant to the Human Resources Division and the Board in related ventures. Anja's earlier career featured positions in the hospitality sector, including Conference & Banqueting Sales Executive at Le Méridien Wien and Event Assistant at Pannonia Tower Hotel Parndorf. Anja holds a Master of Arts in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung and a Bachelor of Arts in Personalmanagement, with education completed at FHWien der WKW. Currently, Anja is furthering education at pro mente Akademie GmbH.
