Martina Kögl

Martina Kowalczuk has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Operations at eForms.com since November 2016, after holding positions as Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Agent within the company. Prior to eForms.com, Martina worked as a Hostess at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality and completed an internship at FL-SEUS Organization. Martina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida International University School of Journalism and Mass Communication between 2015 and 2018, and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami Dade College, completed in 2015.
