Olaf Kliesow

Olaf Kliesow has held various leadership roles in prominent insurance companies such as Allianz and HDI GERLING. With a background in Legal Studies, Corporate Law from The University of Bonn, Kliesow currently serves as the Global Head Reward & Performance at Allianz. Prior to this, Kliesow was the CEO of Allianz PNB Life. Before their time at Allianz, Kliesow also served as the CEO of Allianz Life Japan and held the position of Head of Portfolio Management Global Life & Health at Allianz SE. Additionally, Kliesow was a member of the board at HDI GERLING.
