Andrew Sturdy has a strong background in product development, particularly in the food and beverage industry. Andrew has worked at companies such as Allicio Nutrition, Ornua, NATUREX, and InterContinental Brands, where Andrew has held various roles focusing on product development, recipe re-engineering, factory scale-ups, and raw material testing. With a degree in Food Science, Health and Nutrition, and another in Food Bioscience, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in creating and reformulating products, as well as working with natural colours and flavors.
